不同特性隔膜在加热、过充、针刺和外短路测试下结果对比

加热测试应重点关注隔膜的熔点、融化断裂温度和热收缩率,过充测试对隔膜的要求最高,内短路测试应重点关注隔膜的熔点、穿刺强度和厚度,而外短路则应关注隔膜的熔点、融化断裂温度、热收缩率和闭孔功能。以上四大安全测试项目均同隔膜的熔点相关,因此隔膜的熔点特性值得重点关注。
