储能系统起火事故引发极大关注,相关各方积极应对


锂离子电池的安全性一直是其发展过程中的一个瓶颈。从2017年8月发生的第一次火灾算起,截至2019年底韩国已经发生了27起储能电池系统的火灾事故。韩国政府叫停国内储能电站运行,并开展事故调查。出台的调查报告显示,火灾原因主要是来自于:电池保护系统不良、运营环境管理不良、安装疏忽、储能系统集成(EMS,PCS)不良等4种因素。同时调查发现,一些电池存在制造缺陷但在模拟测试中并未造成火灾。事故的发生给韩国储能系统建设以及LG化学和三星SDI的电池应用带来很大影响。也在一定程度上使全球储能用户和潜在用户对锂离子储能系统产生了质疑。
