1月16日,第七届中国电动汽车百人会论坛(2021)在线上举行。作为2021中国电动汽车百人会云论坛的高层论坛之一,16日上午举办的国际论坛重点讨论在2030碳达峰、2060碳中和目标背景下中国汽车及交通产业战略路径,并分享欧、美、日、韩等各国在碳减排方面的行动与经验。

孙逢春表示,我国制定了《新能源汽车发展技术路线图》,主要以提高动力电池能量密度,提高电驱动系统效率,发展轻量化、电动专用底盘、优化混合动力系统结构、开发政策预测控制技术,同时加强动力系统一体化,支持发展快速充电、高速换电及能源互联网技术。

据孙逢春介绍,新能源汽车碳排放与碳交易机制与体系主要包括碳税、碳奖励、碳抵销(或者说双积分)、碳排放交易与积分交易等四项内容:
